The Epic Everywhere Water Bottle filter is a multi-stage activated carbon filter with a polypropylene core supplemented with a carbon media wrap for higher efficiency and unsurpassed contaminant removal. It uses depth, adsorption, and absorption filtration, as well as chemical bonding and chelation to achieve 1 micron contaminant removal.

Each stage is comprised of a unique proprietary formula of infused microstructure filtration media designed to target a specific group of contaminants. The Epic Everywhere Filter contains no resins or beads and is engineered for unsurpassed performance and maximum contaminant reduction. Independent lab reports show the Everywhere Filter removes a broad range of 200+ contaminants including VOC's, lead, heavy metals, pesticides, SVC's, disinfectants, inorganic non-metallics, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, PFOA, PFOS and cysts, plus partial fluoride removal.

  • Produces up to 75 gallons (285 liters) of clean water
  • Average recommended filter replacement: 3-4 per year if used regularly
  • Replaces 550+ landfill bound plastic bottles
  • Independently certified across the globe in both field and laboratory tests
  • Tested against NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53, 401, P231 and P473 for contaminant reduction
  • 100% replaceable
  • 100% recyclable
  • 100% BPA-free
  • 100% Made in USA

What Does This Filter Remove? Everywhere Filter Test Results.

How does the filter purify water?

The Water-to-Go™ filter uses a combination of two nano technologies, which not only reduce the pore size to 0.7 microns, but also creates a positive hydrostatic charge in the membrane which attract and traps even the smallest of viruses like polio (which can be as small as 0.03 microns).

The nanofiber mesh is made with activated carbon where each nanofiber strand has millions of tiny hairs that reach into the tiny pores of the mesh. Each of those tiny hairs carries a positive charge. Most contaminants naturally have a negative charge, so the contaminants that are not blocked by the tiny pores or trapped by the activated carbon are attracted to the positive charge and captured by those tiny hairs.

The 3-in-1 filter is like a net within a net within a net.

Mechanical filtration:
A very small pore size which stops contaminants passing through.

Activated Carbon:
Water-to-Go™ filters use activated carbon but instead of using adhesives to glue the carbon particles together, (which vastly reduces the carbon’s efficiency), it is contained within the membrane, helping to reduce contaminants whilst eliminating bad tastes and odors.

Electrical:
A positive charge reduces the pore size even further and attracts the contaminants like a magnet would, trapping them inside the filter.

What contaminants are removed/reduced?

The Water-to-Go™ Water Purifier filter removes/reduces:

  • Viruses including hepatitis A, rotavirus and noravirus
  • Bacteria including e.coli and cholera
  • Protozoan parasites including giardia and cryptosporidium
  • Chemicals and pesticides including PFAS and chlorine
  • Particulates including microplastics and sediment
  • Heavy metals including lead, mercury, and chromium

Water-to-Go™ filters use both alumina nano technology and carbon to filter out fluoride.

Are there lab test results to view?

Yes. Water-to-Go™ filters have been independently tested against internationally recognized standards by industry specialists, including The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (UK), BCS Laboratories (USA), Bangalore Test House (India), and IMI (China).

How do I activate the filter?

It is important to activate the filter before first use. To activate, fill the bottle to fully submerge the filter, let the filter soak for 15 minutes or longer, then empty the bottle. You only need to activate the filter the first time you use or if it completely dries out.

How do I know when my filter needs replacing?

Filter replacement depends largely on how you use your bottle. For example, the filter in a bottle used to filter chemicals from tap water will last much longer than a filter in a bottle used to filter sediment-laden water from ponds and lakes.

The Water-to-Go™ Water Purifier filter provides 53 gallons (200 liters) before replacement. After this volume, the water will gradually start to taste and smell as it did before using the Water-to-Go™ Water Purifier Bottle. This is a ‘sensory’ prompt for you to change the filter.
